Currency Exchange and Banks: ATMs are your best bet. Nearly all accept Cirrus/MC/V. Banks generally give the best available exchange rate. Most open M-W and F 8am-3pm, Th 8am-5:30pm. Train station exchanges have long hours (daily 7am-10pm at the Westbahnhof), but charge 1% with a €6 min. fee. Stay away from the 24hr. bill-exchange machines in Innenstadt, as they generally charge outrageous fees.
