Lovers gather along the banks of the West River to cuddle on the seats of their motor bikes while families picnic outside of the H· Chí Minh Mausoleum. The young and single stroll through the night market open daily in the Old Quarter before heading out to local dance clubs. To get the most out of this city, it’s best to wake up early, beat the heat with a midday nap, and then go out again.
