Northern Central Vietnam Accommodations

Popular with backpackers, the alley at 46 Lˆ Li has a dense cluster of inexpensive and quality accommodations—some of the best for the budget traveler. Venture elsewhere for more luxurious quarters and to forgo the area’s foreign traffic. In guesthouses and less-established hotels, bargain until the quality matches the price. Most establishments arrange tours. Every other year, for a few weeks in June, the Hu\ Festival takes over the city and makes accommodations prices soar.
