Spoleto Practical Information

Piazza della Libertà is most easily accessible from the train station. Take a white and orange SITA bus (direct to centro, €0.90). Buy tickets in the station at the newsstand, marked with a yellow “Lotto” sign. From Corso Mazzini, turn left up Via del Mercato to Piazza del Mercato, a cafe-laden marketplace. Via del Municipio runs from P. del Mercato to Piazza del Municipio and Piazza Campello, and Via Saffi leads to Piazza del Duomo. Most of the city sights are in these piazze.

Luggage storage: in the train station. €3 per 12hr. per bag. Open daily 5:30am-11pm.

Pharmacy: Farmacia Betti, V. Trento e Trieste 63 (☎0743 22 31 74), on the way to town from the train station. Open M-F 9am-1pm and 4-8pm.
Hospital: V. Madonna di Loreto, outside the southwestern walls of the centro.
Internet Access: Spider Service, V. Porta Fuga 11 (☎0743 22 51 65). €0.80 per 10min. With card, €2 per hr.; inquire at desk. Open M-Sa 9am-10pm.
