Though we will never know whether Jackson Hall's name is a pun or a misspelling of America's wild west, the pricey filets are served in style in an stereotypically American-themed restaurant. Chairs are pulled back to open floor space for dancing, and the music that makes barstools rattle during the day is amped up even more at night.
