Jericho has more alternative shopping, while High St. and St. Aldates, with their historic-looking decor, are generally aimed at tourist shopping (i.e. souvenir-hunting). High St. begins directly off Magdalen Bridge, passing colleges and meeting up with Cornmarket St. and St. Aldates to the East before becoming Queen St.
