Most medical problems, from the flu to a fracaso (disaster) can be treated for free at public hospitals. Private clinics offer improved care and the guarantee of English-speaking doctors, but these bonuses will come at a price.

Internet cafes and access points are everywhere in the center, and are particularly highly concentrated along Avenida de Mayo. Additionally, most locutorios (call centers) have at least a few computers. Access usually ranges from AR$1.50-4, depending on the speed of the connection and the centrality of the cafe. Locations in the city center, for example, will be more expensive.
There are several post office branches throughout Buenos Aires. Most are open 9am-5pm. Look for the “Correo Argentino” signs. Many convenience stores, locutorios, and kiosks throughout the city center also offer postal services.
