Carnal, Niceto Vega 5511 (☎4772 7582). S Palermo. This is one of BA’s hippest nighttime spots, so show up early or be prepared to wait. The downstairs bar, playing reggae in the background, is popular, but the prime real estate is upstairs on the garden veranda, where you can enjoy pricey, but excellent mixed drinks (AR$16-25) on a warm summer night.
