Flying within Mexican borders is a method of transportation typically beyond the reach of budget travelers. That said, time is money. You may want to consider flying when long bus rides (e.g., over 24hr.) cost about the same or are only marginally cheaper than flying. In July 2005, Mexicana launched its budget airline, Click, which offers low fares to 16 domestic destinations (www.clickmex.com). For other deals, you can visit the ubiquitous travel agencies.
