Little Cyclades Overview

Good things come in small packages, and nothing proves it better than the Little Cyclades. These tiny isles bridging Naxos and Amorgos are a tranquil and rustic interlude between their larger, increasingly crowded neighbors. In their towns, goats often outnumber people, and star-studded nights center on a single town cafe, drawing an eclectic mix of alternative campers and Greek tourists seeking the road less traveled.

  • Relax, Just Do It. To fully appreciate the Little Cyclades, make sure you have at least a week for them. Most of the activities and sights center around walking, which is arduous and often takes the whole day. Give your self the time to slow down, disconnect from a busy schedule, and become part of the pace of these little islands. One or two nights apiece does not do them justice.
