Most of Puerto Rico’s internal flights connect Culebra, Fajardo, San Juan, and Vieques. All of the airlines flying to the Spanish Virgin Islands use tiny planes and charge similar rates. Note that flying into San Juan’s international airport is significantly more expensive than flying into San Juan Isla Grande Airport. For information about flights see Culebra, Fajardo , Mayagüez , Ponce , San Juan , or Vieques . Unless you’re in a big hurry, it’s much more economical to rent a car or take a público than it is to fly.
