For some inexplicable reason, Thailand produces some of the best fried chicken in the world. Go to any Thai night market, and you're bound to find some stalls with trays of the stuff. You pick out the pieces you want, and they'll toss them back into the fryer to make them hot and extra juicy for you.
Thus far, we've been sticking to wings and drumsticks, but we've (almost) been tempted by the mounds of fried chicken feet we've seen -- photo above. If you find yourself in a daytime produce market, you'll see where the night vendors pick up their goods -- photo below.
