We at Let's Go believe that the connection between travelers and their destinations is an important one. We've watched the growth of the "ignorant tourist" stereotype with dismay, knowing that many travelers care passionately about the communities and environments they explore--but also knowing that even conscientious tourists can inadvertently damage natural wonders and harm cultural environments.
