Orientation

To get to the centre-ville from the train station, bear right to reach boulevard Sadi Carnot, then turn left and follow it to a roundabout. Go right at the roundabout up rue Larcher to reach the cathedral. Past the cathedral on rue de Nesmond, which becomes rue de la Maitrise, lies place Charles de Gaulle. Several ponts (bridges) traverse the L’Aure River, which runs through the city.
