The scenario: a giant, menacing lima bean ran you through with a sword, and you’ve gone to vegetarian heaven. Fortunately, it’s stocked with five buffets of salads, tartes, creative veggie dishes that range from couscous to curry, and dessert. You can’t eat the cartoon vegetables on the sign above the door, but you can certainly try.
