Orientation

Steinweg is one of Europe’s first pedestrian zones. To get there from the Hauptbahnhof, walk straight ahead on Bahnhofstr. past the bridge, then turn left onto Elisabethstr. Once you pass the Elisabethkirche, turn right and then turn left again quickly into the small alleyway, which will lead you to Steinweg and will take you all the way to the Altstadt. There is a free elevator that connects Pilgrimstein to the more elevated parts of town located in the Parkhaus Oberstadt by the tourist office.
