Tinos Town is located along the waterfront near its central port and Old Port. Tavernas line the main street Akti Vasleos Konstantino, and most other roads branch from it. The two other large streets are Evangelistrias and Megalochares, which run parallel to each other and both of which lead uphill to the Panagia Evangelistria Church. The back streets of Tinos Town are narrow and often nameless, so if you get lost in this area make your way back to the waterfront. The town slants downward toward the waterfront, so prepare for the hill-like streets by bringing comfortable shoes.
