Gibraltar is a single, tiny strip of land and is therefore extremely easy to navigate. Casemate’s Square, packed with pubs and fish-and-chips shops, will be the first thing you encounter beyond the airport runways. When you see signs in the area pointing toward “city center,” you’re getting led to Casemate’s. Main Street continues out from Casemate’s and will guide you all the way to the tip of the Gib. This street, supplemented by the small side streets branching off it, has all the shopping and restaurants you’ll need in the area. The Rock of Gibraltar is to the left of Main St. if facing the tip of the strait and takes up nearly 50% of Gibraltar itself.
