Granted, the pirates are not, per se, “alive,” but they’re the most authentic-looking wooden mannequins dressed in pirate’s clothing that you’ve ever seen. Let’s get real: San Francisco can be a pretty bizarre place, but pirates are few and far between. What is going on here?
